Month 3 of the Single Kettlebell Program piggybacks off of Month 2. We will look to improve our capacity from a strength perspective (repetitions, total weight) as well as our cardiovascular output (longer AMRAPS, larger rep schemes for EMOM's, short and fast sessions). We are looking to take ourselves to the edge and learn something new about our physical performance . Stay committed; stay focused; this will be the hardest month yet! Be patient and know the finish line is in sight.....and so are the results you are looking for!
