Month 2 of the Single Kettlebell Program piggybacks off of Month 1. We will look to improve our capacity from a strength perspective (repetitions, total weight) as well as our cardiovascular output (longer AMRAPS, larger rep schemes for EMOM's, short and fast sessions). We are always looking to move well no matter what; we need to start to understand more and more how to control our body when we "redline" and how to manage these moments in our fitness journey. Let's stay consistent, take care of ourselves when we are not working out and continue to grow with Single Kettlebell Program Month #2!
