The Feldtman Fitness Lower Body Program is based off collegiate and professional athlete strength training protocols. These exercises are meant to challenge your strength output, building in weight for three weeks with a tapering phase in your week four. Mixing in cardio and other lower body auxiliary movements, this program is designed to be demanding and very effective. As much as the program is meant to be followed on a strict protocol, please adjust as necessary. This is a 45 day program, giving you flexibility when needed yet forces you to complete the program step by step, day by day to get the most out of the progression that is programmed. I have programmed Recovery days to let your body rest while still getting a quality workout in as well as cardio elements to train every system in the body. It's time to get to work!
