Elite Strength Program 1.2 is the second installment of Feldtman Fitness' Elite Strength Program. Month 2 consists of the same compound movements emphasized in Month 1, Back Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press while incorporating other exercises that do not include a barbell for execution. Three days a week, each day has a dedicated movement pattern with secondary work to either help reinforce this pattern or focus on additional parts of your body. The load scheme from Week 1 to 4 builds from around 70-77% of your 1RM (one repetition max) for compound lifts; for lifters who do not know these numbers you can view these percentages as a scale of 1-10 ("1" being an exercise that is way to easy to program; "10" being an exercise I can barely execute correctly).
