In this Single Kettlebell Program, we will be working through a variety of different movements as well as workout formats to keep each day new and exciting! The Kettlebell is a fantastic piece of gym equipment, allowing every athlete to improve on strength, power and mobility. In this program, we will be working towards improvement in all three of these physical facets. With three workouts a week for three months, this program will keep you consistent and allow you to complete this program when you have time to do so! All you need is a single kettlebell; this you will need to have access to. I would recommend access to any weight between 20-40lbs; if able, having a few options for this program will immensely help. Using different weights for different movements and repetition schemes will allow you to get the most out of this program; for higher repetitions use lower weight, lower repetitions use heavier weight.
